Make sure to ask about the boardrooms, they're surprisingly well-equipped for meetings and add to the convenience of your stay.

Walking distance to city centre, good range of facilities
Extremely small car parking spaces - advertised as having free parking but there were limited spaces available

The venue was fairly clean and big size. Had a club double room with bedroom, window open, for instance and I really enjoyed it. Everything was excellant, though a few employees where not very friendly. Wake up service, ironing and a complimentary breakfast were free of charge too.

Proximety to city centre. Staff helpful and courteous. Meals very acceptable Room spacious and comfortable Although I found a parking space it was at a premium and some guests parked their cars without thought for others ie one car took up two spaces. Would certainly come back when staying in Aberdeen

The hotel is at the top end of 4*, lacking only adequate car parking facilities (which could be overcome by reaching some accommodation with ACC in respect of use of the Chapel St CP). The staff, however, lift the hotel to another level with their friendly, helpful and accommodating attitude. A special mention to Gary in the dining room, who helped out when kilt stockings were required.
Lack of car parking facilities.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. I would definitely recomemnd this hotel to anyone visiting Aberdeen city.
The underground car park is a bit tight, but you have to expect this with city centre hotels.

Request a quiet room away from the lounge/dining area to ensure a restful night's sleep, especially for families with young children.

Breakfast.
Couldn't get served at the bar on the Saturday night. Waited ages. Gave up.

I wondered how the hotel was a 4 *. The bedroom was just basic enough.

The hotel is central and in a quiet location. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The rooms were a good size. The standard of cleanliness was pretty good the furniture and fittings are a bit dated but everything was clean. The bed linen was nice and fresh and a good quality of very soft cotton. Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. All in all we had a very pleasant and comforatable stay.

The staff gave a warm professional welcome when i checked out. I appreciated the spacious standard double room with lots of towels, a fridge, and a big bathtub. It's conveniently located close to the city centre. The personal touch of cute music and my name on the screen.
